new year, new skin, new start!

Hey kids, just a brief update. It's a new year, and all the staff here would like to wish you abundant happiness in 2010. New Year's is usually a period of reflection, and I've been reflecting UI's 2009 with a mixture of detached disappointment and unrelenting optimism. We have seen desolation and a whole new level of innane conversation on the boards, but we have also seen some huge surges in music material and game submissions. We have also seen, in the last few months particularly, a surge of behind-the-scenes maintanence and improvements to the entire website, topped off by the new site skin which has been placed as the site default for those of you who didnt get the memo.

p.s. I have decided that soon I will be investing some time in adding more dedicated rmxp/rmvx support to our content management system. We are also accepting and seeking affiliates.

Cool, Seraph's back. Again. Also, I would have had a site to pester the webmaster for aff's on UI, but it died in a fire a while back. He may be building it from the ground up soon though, so I'll have it on standby. Also, there's gMaker.org, which is very near to completion, and I could pester that webmaster too, when it's finished. Having connections is the shit. :V
