REVIEW INTRO:

A game where the player must match 5 happy faces horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Once the trial ends the player may then want to strangle themselves as they press the (B) button to not purchase it.

Note: I did not buy this game because all features can be played and beat before the trial ends.

GRAPHICS: 1/10

The background consists of a light blue screen and the board consists of white lines. The happy faces are nothing more than circles with various colors, and black for the eyes and mouth. The only particle effects come from destroying five blocks.

MUSIC: 0/10

No music or soundeffects. Seriously.

STORY: 0/10

No story.

GAMEPLAY & FEATURES: 1/10

This game forces the player to play one mode. This mode forces the player to match 5 happy faces of the same color. Sounds simple enough, right? It is. In fact, it is TOO simple. The game begins with a few happy faces and moving them allows more to fall each turn. Matching 5 can become hard, but only because happy faces always fall in your way (or so it would seem). Matching three would probably have allowed for more excitement, but I guess we will never know. The one thing the game does do right is tracking high scores. Even then however, who would you want to show your high scores to?

OVERALL: 1/10

Happyface is a cheap-budget game (as evident when playing) that lacks any form of the word fun. Very, very few people would even enjoy playing it. Do not download the trial. I am warning you.
